PSST! Come in on the secret.
If you read this post, then you will be one of the first people to hear about a new addition to the Kai family!
The Magical Developer Stork recently delivered us a new baby sister for Kai.
Kaibot is a physical robot that players can code and works just like the virtual robots in Kainundrum, with added features like Kai-Unplugged coding cards.
And what is Kainundrum, you may ask?
Kainundrum is the companion platform that will teach players how to solve challenges, create their own games, and code robots in a fun and educational way.
Players will be able to download pre-built games or create their own multiplayer games, kind of like making your own sub sandwich. You have a selection of game modes to choose from, like capture the flag, hide & seek, maze race, escape room, and many more. That will be your bread base and then you layer in all the different fillings and toppings by adding lasers, mirrors, gates, oil slicks, and bananas to make the game truly yours
For example, you can drop several lasers that can trigger certain gates to open, but which one is the right one? You can outsmart and bamboozle your friends to win the game, but be careful, don’t fool yourself either.
Sounds awesome, doesn’t it? We can’t wait to launch Kainundrum, however, we do need some Alpha and Beta testers to be able to get it out to you. No matter if you are a parent, a teacher, or someone who has children keen to try out the game, please do join the testers group and give us feedback so we can make Kainundrum sooo much better than it already is. There’s no catch at all other than having LOTS of fun. PLUS the game is all free!
